1. Geltungsbereich

Für die Geschäftsbeziehung zwischen Markus Taxer Pasler, Pöllnstraße 19/Tür 1 5600 Sankt Johann im Pongau St. Johann im Pongau (nachfolgend „Verkäufer“) und dem Kunden (nachfolgend „Kunde“) gelten ausschließlich die nachfolgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen in ihrer zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung gültigen Fassung.

1.2. Sie erreichen unseren Kundendienst für Fragen, Reklamationen und Beanstandungen werktags von 10:00 UHR bis 18:00 UHR unter der Telefonnummer +43 664 5058707 sowie per E-Mail unter WeinLord@gmx.at.

1.3. Verbraucher im Sinne dieser AGB ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu einem Zwecke abschließt, der weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann (§ 13 BGB).

1.4. Abweichende Bedingungen des Kunden werden nicht anerkannt, es sei denn, der Verkäufer stimmt ihrer Geltung ausdrücklich schriftlich zu.
